Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused and returned via tracked, self-funded shipping. A 2-year warranty covers production errors, while custom pieces and general wear are excluded. Non-EU returns must follow a rigorous protocol to avoid import friction.

Store in isolated, airtight enclosures to inhibit oxidation. Organic pearls and enamel finishes are high-sensitivity components; handle with structural intent to prevent impact damage or surface compromise.
