LEAD TIMES
Please allow up to 5 business days (10 for hand-painted technical finishes) for your order to be prepared. To ensure mechanical integrity and architectural profile, PRAWN operates on a strict made-to-order basis, rejecting overproduction in favor of a small-batch system. Each component is hand-fabricated or finished in Denmark, undergoing rigorous technical oversight before shipment.

 

DELIVERY & SHIPPING COSTS
Once dispatched, we ship via GLS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS:

Denmark: 1-3 business days // Orders to pick-up points/parcel shops 45 dkk. Free shipping on all orders above 1000 dkk.

EU countries: 1-4 business days // €15. Free shipping on all orders above €200.

Rest of the world: 2-7 business days // $30. Free shipping on all orders above $300.

Please note that you may experience longer delivery times during promotional periods and holiday seasons.

All orders are insured and traceable. Delivery times are guidelines, and do not account for delays caused by payment authorisation or seasonal peaks. Track your shipment: DHL, FedEx, UPS, GLS.

 

INSURANCE & RESPONSIBILITY
PRAWN insures every purchase during transit until it is delivered to you. Orders may require a signature, at which point responsibility passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by PRAWN.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES
EU orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis; taxes and duties are included in the final price. For non-EU orders, the recipient is responsible for all customs duties and local taxes. Please consult your local customs office for specific regulations.

 

UNCLAIMED PARCELS
If a parcel is returned to us as "unclaimed," a restocking fee of 200 DKK / €60 / $70 applies to cover return freight and administrative costs. Refusing or failing to collect a parcel does not constitute a formal return. Returns will only be processed by contacting us by email with your order number.

 

PACKAGING
To maintain the pristine surfaces of your recycled 925 sterling silver, each piece is vacuum-sealed to prevent oxidation and environmental friction. Your order is dispatched in a reinforced, high-density cardboard housing, engineered for secure transit.
